Use
In a saucepan of about 2 liters of cold water, add +/- 20g of the Dryades mixture.
Boil the water and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes to avoid burning yourself.
(Filter if you wish, optional)
Transfer the pan to a heat-resistant bowl if that's more convenient for you (for example, to place it in your toilet). Otherwise, place the pan on a flat surface (remember to put a heat shield on your floor if necessary).
Place yourself (without underwear) in a low squat or straddle position over the pot and let your Yoni enjoy the benefits of the fumes for 20 minutes or until the mixture is cold. Your skin should not touch the water!
If you know, remember to cover yourself and the container with a cloth to make the most of the fumes.
Don't hesitate to take this time to set positive intentions and ask the "Universe" to help you regain all the capacities of your Yoni.
Frequency
Once a month after your period (if applicable).
Avoid days when you are bleeding, take the bath a few days before to help with the pain, for example, or simply wait until the bleeding stops.
No matter how useful you are for Dryad's Secret, you should use it a maximum of once a week.
NEVER before 32 weeks of pregnancy.
If you want to use it during your last weeks of pregnancy or while breastfeeding, ask your doctor/midwife/doula/etc. first.
Contraindication
Not a substitute for medical treatment/advice.
Do not use in pregnant/breastfeeding women/before their first period/children under 12 years old.
Do not use during ovulation if you are trying to conceive.
If you have any doubts, hormone-dependent problems, epilepsy, liver disease, recent caesarean section, unhealed wounds, heavy bleeding, or acute infection, ask your doctor for advice.
