DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?

Absolutely, we ship worldwide. If your country is not available in the list, just send us a message via the contact tab and via social networks Instagram or TikTok .

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Delivery costs are FREE for all orders over 100 euros in Belgium and 150 euros in Metropolitan France, Germany & the Netherlands (feel free to group your purchases).

For other countries the fees vary depending on the destination.

WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?

Orders for products in stock are shipped within 48 hours.

They are delivered in 2 to 7 days for Belgium, in 5 to 10 days for Europe depending on your choice of carrier.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After an order is placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to our fulfillment center, from where your item will be shipped.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the progress of the delivery on our website in the "Track my order" tab using your email address and order number.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply choose your items and click the "ADD TO CART" button, repeat for each item, then go to your cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We will prepare it and send you an order confirmation email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as payments via Paypal. Checks and transfers are not accepted.

IS PAYMENT SECURE?

Absolutely, our store is fully secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We use Stripe and Paypal secure payment systems.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Have you received the shipping confirmation of your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 4 weeks, contact us with your order number, we will launch an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are sorry, unfortunately this can happen. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo as proof, we will do our best to find a solution.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.

You must print the withdrawal form, send it to us by email and return your items to the address indicated (a return number will be given to you before returning).

Returns are made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain your responsibility communicated by email in return for your request. Upon receipt, your order will be checked. The product(s) must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging (with the sealing cap intact for example). If this is the case, you will be fully reimbursed.

IN WHAT CASES WILL I NOT BE ABLE TO BE REFUNDED?

  1. If the product has been opened and/or used and is therefore not resalable as is.
  2. If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.
  3. If the returns deadline/process has not been respected.
