Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If more than 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it (e.g. with the seal intact). It must also be in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are not permitted for return. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Other items that are not permitted for return include: * Gift cards * Downloadable software * Certain health and personal care products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Books showing obvious signs of use * CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened. * Any item not in its original condition, that has been used, that has been unpacked, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 14 calendar days after delivery. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined. Shipping charges are never refunded. If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited, within a maximum of 4 weeks. Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at Lylyht.mylitha@gmail.com. Sale or discounted items (if applicable) are non-refundable. Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at Lylyht.mylitha@gmail.com and send your item to: Wemmel, 1780, Belgium (full address upon request by email). return to your chanrge. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you returned their gift. Shipping Shipping To return your product, you should mail it to the following postal address: Wemmel, 1780, Belgium (full address on request by email). You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
